At YUNZII, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@yunzii.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Ensure the keyboard is in its original condition, including all keycaps, switches, cables, and packaging materials to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Securely pack your items and ship them to the address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
